BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Back Office specialist to join our Sales department based in V2 SpA, Racconigi (CN).
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, He/She will be responsible to take care about customers’ needs, follow sales quotations and assist both customers and the internal salesforce pre and post sales.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Ensure an excellent sales service, from the proposal of the sales quotation to the post sales assistance, building a close relationship with customers;
- Manage the creation of the sales orders and follow them until the closing;
- Support the Sales manager with the internal salesforce;
- Collect data for budgeting and monitor the main KPIs;
- Be part of the organization of events and fairs;
- Manage the claims and the sales returns ensuring the satisfaction of the customers;
- 3-5 years previous experience in similar positions in international environment;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Other language knowledge will be considered as a plus;
- Customer oriented and great communication skills;
- Flexible in order to keep first high the satisfaction of the customers;
- Microsoft Office.
