What should I do if the gate won’t move when I send a command to the transmitter?
The most frequent causes can be the remote control battery (in this case with another remote control it will probably move), or there may be a malfunctioning safety device (photocells and/or sensitive edges), of the command control unit or the motor itself. While for the remote control, try to change the battery, for other controls contact your installer.
